Salary: 900,000 MMK

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in quantity take-off based on construction drawings and specifications
Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates and project budgets
Measure completed work on site and prepare measurement records
Assist in preparing tender documents and comparing subcontractor quotations
Maintain project cost and material quantity records
Monitor material usage and report variances to the Senior QS
Assist in progress claims, variation orders and final accounts
Coordinate with Site Engineer, Procurement, Store and Finance on cost and material matters
Keep QS documents, BOQs, contracts and project records in order
Join site inspections and measurements when needed
Prepare weekly and monthly quantity and cost reports
Support the Senior QS in daily QS and contract administration work

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Phone Bill allowance
