Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee residential housing, high-rise construction and interior decoration projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, safety standards and quality control
  • Prepare and present project progress reports; travel to and work on site

Requirements:

  • B.Tech or B.E. (Civil)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong project planning and resource management skills

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
