Industry: Construction & Interior Design
Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost estimation, tendering and contract administration for housing, high-rise and interior decoration projects
  • Prepare detailed BOQs, budgets and project cost reports
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for procurement and valuations
  • Travel to and work at project sites; report to Senior Management

Requirements:

  • B.Tech or B.E. (Civil)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering and contract administration
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel or similar QS tools

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
