Position: QS Engineer / Drafter
Number of Posts: 1
Industry: Engineering Services (M&E / ACMV / ELV)
Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
Salary: Expected salary and above

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings in AutoCAD
  • Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates
  • Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers and clients
  • Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and tender drawings
  • Keep accurate project documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • Strong AutoCAD skills (required)
  • Experience in ACMV, M&E, ELV, construction service and private hospital projects
  • C.S.D. drawing experience highly preferred
  • Good analytical and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
