Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS)
Industry: Construction Company
Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon
Salary: 800,000 - 1,000,000 MMK and above (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review project cost estimates, BOQ and quantity take-off
Prepare tender documents, quotations and cost comparisons
Monitor project costs, variations and budget throughout the project
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations
Prepare interim payment, valuation and final accounts
Manage variation orders and cost control
Prepare monthly cost reports and other QS-related reports
Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Team, Consultant, Client and Subcontractors
Ensure proper documentation and records of all commercial matters
Perform other QS duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction Industry
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation and cost control
Experience in tendering, contract administration and variation management
Good knowledge of construction materials and methods
Proficient in MS Office and Excel
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
