Position: Senior MEP Engineer
Industry: Construction Company
Location: South Okkalapa Township, Yangon
Salary: 800,000 - 1,000,000 MMK and above (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites
Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings and technical documents
Monitor MEP installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other project teams
Inspect MEP materials and workmanship to ensure required quality standards
Identify and resolve MEP technical issues and site coordination clashes
Monitor MEP work progress and ensure completion according to project schedules
Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems
Prepare site reports and update management on MEP work progress
Ensure MEP works comply with relevant safety standards, codes and regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in construction projects
Experience in managing and supervising MEP works on building projects
Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting systems
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage
Able to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications
Good knowledge of MEP installation, testing and commissioning
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good leadership and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Off Days: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
