Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Number of Posts: 1
Industry: Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Kamaryut Township (Thanlwin Road), Yangon
Salary: 1,200,000 - 3,000,000 MMK (12-30 Lakhs) / Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position
  • Proven sales and marketing management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to analyze market data and develop strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Off Days: Wednesday
