• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (plastic industry preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
