Position: Digital Marketing Supervisor

Salary: 600,000 - 1,000,000 MMK (6-10 Lakhs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and monthly campaigns
• Lead the creative team (content creators, designers, editors and writers)
• Oversee creative direction and short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Stories)
• Manage Meta and TikTok paid ads for maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience (supervisory or team lead experience preferred)
• Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics
• Strong eye for visual design, trends and vertical video storytelling
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; able to meet tight deadlines

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Off Days: Wednesday
