Position: Sales Supervisor
Number of Posts: 1
Industry: Textile Retail & Distribution Company
Location: Mandalay
Salary: From 700,000 MMK (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Sales Team to achieve assigned sales targets
  • Manage and monitor distribution / offline sales activities
  • Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving sales goals
  • Coordinate sales activities and report sales performance to management
  • Travel to States and Regions as required for sales activities and market development

Requirements:

  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
  • Able to lead and supervise a sales team effectively
  • Experience in distribution / offline sales is required
  • Good customer relationship and communication skills
  • Result-oriented and able to take responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Willing and able to travel to States and Regions as required

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
Benefits: Sales Commission + Attendance Bonus + Other Allowances
